God wants you to know that you've got what it takes.

God won't give you more than you can handle.

Although there may have been times you thought the world was caving in on you, you got through it. You are much stronger than you think and with God's power, you are stronger than you can imagine.

So charge ahead, you can handle it.

God wants you to know ... that your task is not to seek for love, but to seek and melt all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.

God loves you with the very air you breathe,
the very light that touches your skin,
the very ground that supports you.

God wants you to know ... that it is more than okay to live your joy

Whatever makes your heart sing is what God wants for you!
Of course it's okay to be happy!
Of course it's okay to fulfill your heart's deepest desires!

 God wants you to know ...

that you can fool others, sometimes even yourself, but God always knows your truth.

Uncomfortable, painful, even scary at times, truth is always better than lies.

God wants you to know ... that you've been skipping out on God's most important gift to man - love.

Love is the blood of the soul. 

God wants all beings to have healthy and strong souls, so God created a simple law to nourish the soul: the more you give love, the more you receive love.

Remember all the beings you love - people, animals - that you haven't thought of lately.

God wants you to know ... that until you learn how to say 'no', you will never be able to fully say 'yes'.

Unless you know how to set boundaries to form your safe space, you will always be concerned that saying 'yes' might put you in danger. So you will always pull back a little from saying 'yes' with your whole heart. Paradoxically, knowing how to say 'no' to form boundaries gives much more power to your 'yes'. 

God wants you to know ... that whatever fills your heart with gladness is a good thing.

Let yourself be filled.

There is much joy and beauty in the world if you only open yourself to it. 

 God wants you to know ... that you learn what you do.

If you worry a lot, then day after day you are learning how to worry even better.
If you think about doing something a lot, then you are learning how to think about doing.
Every moment you are happy, you are learning how to be even happier.
Every time you act, you are learning how to take an action even better.

 God wants you to know ... that you are to trust yourself.

If you do not, then you will forever be looking to others to prove your own merit to you, and you will never be satisfied.
You will always be asking others what to do and at the same time resenting their help.
Trust in yourself starts with being ok with the consequences of your decisions. 

God wants you to know ... that life is not a distraction from, life is an occasion for prayer.

You don't need a special place or special time to pray.
You don't need to be in a special mood to pray.

Praying is like breathing,

God wants you to know ... that you can't rid the world of sorrow, but you can choose to live in joy.

Sorrow is with us not because we are bad at stopping it, but simply because it's part of being human.
What matters is not whether good or bad things happen - both will, but your relationship to them.

Just think back over the last 24 hours, - what had you taken hard that you could have taken lightly? 

God wants you to know that to burn out the pain, just find a place filled with joy...

God created joy as a balm for pain.

What are some places, who are some people filled with joy that you can rely on to ease your pain?

God wants you to know ... that when an impossible must happen, put it on God's to-do list.

Well, if you can't make it happen, and no one else can, there is only thing left to do, - finally look up and trust in God to make it right.

Trust in God to make it right. But, there's so many impossible to make them happen. But, it's true, to finally look up and trust in God... 

God wants you to know ...that your pains are God's way to rouse you from slumber.

Pain is your wake-up call to awaken, to look deeper into yourself, to adjust the course of your life. God tries to be as gentle as possible, and only if you ignore the call does the pain get stronger.
